Lagoubran Incineration Plant, Toulon, France
The Lagoubran incineration plant located in Toulon is operated by the company ZEPHIRE. The investment for this incinerator amounts to 250 million euros.
The plant consists of three lines capable of incinerating 250,000 tons of waste per year and producing 150 GWh/year of electricity, as well as distributing 45 GWh/year of heat through two district heating networks. That is why this installation is now called “Usine de Valorisation Énergétique” (Energy Recovery Plant).
ENNOVIA‘s Missions
ENNOVIA was responsible for providing maintenance engineering services and implementing the Quickbrain CMMS for the existing site and its extension.
The plant employs approximately 50 people for operations and maintenance.
Maintenance Engineering Phase
- Build the functional and technical hierarchy of the site
- Create the maintenance plan
- Create the spare parts list
- Integrate all technical documentation of the site
Quickbrain CMMS Integration Phase
- Draft functional and technical specifications
- Provide licenses
- Establish a hosted IT infrastructure (client cloud)
- Install and make the application available
- Configure the application
- Populate the application with data generated during the maintenance engineering phase
- Provide personnel training
